Okay Great...but
Okay so good job on the album but i have a question for itunes. Where is his album Pilot light-Ep? I know it was one of his less popular albums but still it has one of the best contemporary/alternative sound to it. I have looked everywhere for a specific song titled elephant in the room and never found it though the album does exist its just not that popular because it was one of his first. Yes, i do reslize that this is more of a complaint than and actual reveiw and if you were able to get through it all... you have too much time on your hands. jk

I have so much respect for Richard Walters' talent..I almost feel it necessary to call him..Mr. Walters...haha..ok..its not completely necessary.. His music is so tender and gentle..but by no means weak. There is clearly a love and passion for music..it strongly resinates throughout every note. And that is something to be honored and supported.
FINALLY
I've been waiting for a while to get something by "Mr. Walters" and FINALLY we here in the states have it! I first heard his song "All At Sea" (the demo version) on a TV show, and have been a fan ever since. He was involved with a group called Mono Band, (check out the song "waves") but his solo material is what I've been dying to hear.
His voice is what sets him apart from other similar artists, with the shaky vibrato and the way his british accent comes through. It's a voice built for soft, heartfelt songs... which is exactly what you get on this album. His songs are gorgeons, and his voice seeps emotion into them.
It would be fun to see him do something a little up-beat on his next one (the closest you'll get to up-beat on this album is probably "We Have Your Head"... which is still quite far from it). All the same, I'm ecstatic that he's come out with a full-length album in the states, and I'm excited to see what he does in the future.
