The definitive compilation: the original versions of 18 songs from 1958-1962, all but one of them a chart hit of some sort. Has all the Top Ten smashes and a bunch of minor post-1959 singles that found him swinging toward pop crooner material with barely any relation to rock & roll whatsoever.

Having a good voice when he's young AND when he's older makes this artist worthy to buy his music...this album has his greatest hits which is a pretty good deal...i personally like the version of yellow pola-dot bikini that he sings even though it is not here...

My Older Sister's Music...

Which is not a knock - just recognizing that he appealed mostly to teenage girls. He had a career long before singing "Beauty School Dropout" in the late 1970's 'Grease' Movie.

Best songs for "Oldie Goldie" fan. GREAT MEMORIES from this album. Many great songs here, recommend this album highly. You get your money's worth.
