Essential for your collection.
The Lost Dogs are a supergroup without the overproduction. Their ability to weave genres, originals, covers, and themes is amazing. Mike Roe is a genius on the guitar and his passion for blues and gospel shine through his melodic rock. Derri's vocals, lead and harmony, bring depth to songs. Terry Taylor is a gritty no-nonsense song writer whose commentaries on life and faith resonate like the hymns of old. And finally, Gene Eugene. Your mark on the band is evident. Since Gene's passing, percussionist Steve Hindalong has joined the band. Not just a percussionist, but a musician at the drums. A writer and influence.
Start with this album and then add each release in order. While doing that, include the work of each "Lost Dog" in their respective bands. See them live!!!!
