An international collective/consortium or artists headed by Squeak E. Clean and DJ Zegon, N.A.S.A. (short for North America South America) are a favorite of the hipster-blogger circuit, and have generated a ton of well deserved hype thanks to their absurdly funky genre-bending party jams and unorthodox guest-artist combinations. A bugged-out but highly entertaining hodgepodge of electronica, hip-hop, disco, and world music, The Big Bang comes off like the soundtrack for a futuristic multi-culti soiree, with an abundance of freaky effects, unpredictable rhythms, and charismatic vocals. The jaw-dropping list of features includes Ol' Dirty Bastard, George Clinton, Kanye West, E-40, Del tha Funkee Homosapien, RZA, Fatlip, Sizzla, Karen O, Santigold, and M.I.A., among many others, all contributing their own unique styles to the mix. Check out "Gifted (Steve Aoki Remix)," "Strange Enough," and "I Wanna Be Your Lover."

The Big Bang
Fans of Spirit of Apollo will love this new album. Some great remixes on here, particularly A Volta and Samba Soul (my recommendations). This is definitely an album worth buying.
dope record..
remixes are super hot... especially like the title track and the new song w/ Barbie Hatch... If you liked "spirit" I definitely recommend checking out "The Big Bang"

Unbelievable 1.5 upgrade for Spirit of Apollo. N.A.S.A. tapped some amazing collaborators to reinvent their debut. Must buy if you're a fan of the debut.
