AWESOME '80s GROUP

I'm with the other first three people who wrote their reviews! Awesome music, The Captain of Her Heart, I've looked and looked and looked and without any luck. Finally, the tune just randomly came to me and I was able to make out, in my head, something about being captain of the ark. I typed that in to iTunes and The Captain of Her Heart was one of the results. I was ecstatic! I listened to it five times! Yes, ever since the 1980's when this song first came out and I first heard it, it's been and still is an un-dying hit of the '80s! One of the top songs of that decade, definitely!

The Captain Of Many Hearts

What a great song!!! This is the first smooth jazz song I remember hearing before smooth jazz was smooth jazz. I believe this is one of the first that got the whole movement going.

One of the few Swiss acts to achieve chart success in the United States, Double earned their place as a one-hit wonder when "The Captain of Her Heart" climbed into the Top 20 in late 1986. Vocalist and guitarist Kurt Maloo, a one-time aspiring painter, had been in various Zurich bands throughout the '70s, managing a bit of notoriety.
