Classic Eighties Pop!

It is hard to believe that this is the same Ed Hale who is now singing with Transcendence! He has come a long way. You do immediately recognize the voice, but on this his first album he sounds so young and innocent! This CD is filled with very typical eighties sounding pop and not much rock compared to future "Eddie" recordings. It could be the soundtrack to Pretty in Pink or Breakfast Club. A few lush piano ballads are my favorites such as "You and me" and She says you're the one." Even a few upbeat dance numbers! Again it is just so different than what he is doing now. If it were not from Ed Hale and an artist long forgotten it would still be good sometimes great classic eighties pop from the time capsule, but the fact that it's from Ed makes it something of a treasure to find something so old and special seeing that he was so young when he recorded it -- (16 years old!) Definitely for die-hard fans.
