Beautiful
I just heard about these guys today when i got out of class. Their music video for "inquity" was sent to me in a youtube subscription thing and that song alone made me fall in love with this band. it seemed like a more experimental twist of gwen stacy with beautiful vocals and all around beautiful music. a great album.
An Inspiring Work of Genius
This album is one of the most amazing albums I have ever listened to in my life. The lyrics are so honest, heartfelt, and inspiring, and both Matt and Nathan's vocals sound fantastic. I don't know where the other reviewers are coming from, because I have NEVER heard a band like A Hope For Home. Matt, Tanner, and Dan are so creative, and Ian comes up with some absolutely sick drum licks. And Eric is a wizard on the keys; the hints of electronica he injects into their music are also a very nice touch, especially in "Absolution: of Flight and Failure," which happens to be my favorite song not only on this album, but ever. I am not exaggerating when I say that this album has been extremely influential in my life and my faith. Kudos to A Hope For Home, I'll be with them til the end.
