The Best 10 dollars I ever spent
When I bought this album, I was going thru a period of transition. I had deleted all of my secular music in an effort to become closer to God and rid my life of all the negative spirits that were hindering my walk of faith. At the time, I had about 40 songs (out of the 2000+ i used to have) and I was getting to a point of frustration because music was everything to me, after God and family. Then one day, at random, I stumbled upon this gem and it really blessed my life. I couldn't stop listening to it for two weeks straight because there is such a plethora of talent throughout this entire project. Not to mention, it satisfied my ecclectic musical taste. Everyone that I meet now, I try to tell them how great this is but most of them either don't believe me or don't care. Nonetheless, God brought this to me at a time when I was lost and needed a sign that I was making the right decision to turn my life around. Well, all I can say is (in the words of Joyce) "God, what an exchange!". I hope this cd blesses your life as much as it blessed mine. Look to the hills from which cometh your help, and be encouraged always!
Extraordinary Diversity and Talent
I was introduced to the amazing musical artistry of Oakwood College in 1974. For more than a century this institution has maintained a musical legacy of unsurpassed excellence; but it did so quietly, almost secretly. The success of alumni like Take 6 and Brian McKnight has changed that, and now that amazing storehouse of talent is being revealed on a larger stage. This product is just a sample of that legacy, with hopefully more to come.
This album is hotness I am proud to be an alumni!!!
This is the best album that has the students have put out do far. The tunes are hot the words are uplifting and it stars the best that Oakwood has had to offer. Both discs are definetly worth it
