A True Tribute to SFR
I am an avid fan of almost every record ever put out by Strange Famous Records, in the last few years they seems to be relentless looking for rough gems that were overlooked by every other record label. Besides the obvious member of SFR, Sage Francis, there has been a rise of great poets over the last few years beginning with the signing of Buddy Wakefield, then Jared Paul and now B. Dolan. This record has much of what is loved from SFR with great, experimental beats, an otherworldly sound, and, of course, amazing lyrics. B. Dolan does a fantastic job of writing poems that seem to go one way and end in a wholly other realm. The best song on here has to be "Joan of Arcadia," closely followed by "Heart Failure." "Joan of Arcadia's" first line will not disappoint, "Joan of Arc had a dildo named Jesus..." need I say more? Enjoy, worth every penny.

This album has awesome emotion and intensity, and it makes me really glad that I stumbled upon this artist.
