Stunning soul felt vocals, amazing songwriter musician
This is Mike's third album I will be buying. But I am waiting to see him live to buy the CD. I play "Dear Me" from his second CD over and over again. I love his voice...his crafting of his songs blows me away. I would love to see Mike Schimid at # 1 on The Billboard charts. He so deserves to be there!!! He is a rare gem.

Mike Schmid, on his third album, has placed his heart & soul on the table for all to observe. Nowhere is this more apparent than on the track, "Little Noah". So often we don't hear the 'male' side of dealing with not being around their children more. It was a beautiful, honest letter to a son that a door will always be kept wide open. The whole album is a wonderful listening experience. Instead of the harsh, biting words so many fight back with against their spouses of 'they said, I said' pains, Mike has simply answered, "if you're not happy then let's find a way to both move to the next part". This is a perfect album, start to finish.
Beautiful and unique, Mike Schmid's music is truly breathtaking.
I truly love this album. It is so deep and personal and really tells a story. It's all I can listen to right now and I highly recommend it. I never thought it could get better than his previous album, The High Cost of Living, but it has. Glorious work Mike! Thank you. Can't wait to see you live and in color!!!
