For Fans of Chris Tomlin
This is a great first album for Andy Melvin. He currently leads worship at Austin Stone Church in Austin, Texas, the church whose former worship leader was Chris Tomlin, and you can easily see the similarities. The album has Biblically centered lyrics and an earnest desire to draw nearer to the Lord. If you like Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Delirious?, or Matt Redman, I definitely recommend this album. He has a great voice and the music compliments the message well. My favorites off of the cd are Nothing Compares, Great Day of the Lord, and Meet You. Overall, a solid effort and a great addition to any praise music collection.

Buy this record.. You will not be disappointed.. If you want genuine music with the target of getting the attention of God, this album is for you... Great music and lyrics.... He is also fantastic live....
