Highlights His Skills, His Flaws

I respect Braille. He has a fresh voice and he can flow. Especially on tracks where he guest stars (especially with rappers like Theory Hazit or Sivion), he contributes with well-written vibes and rhymes, always spitting the truth hard. After purchasing this album and giving it a few listen throughs, I conclude that at best he's very passionate about his craft and gives his all into this tracks, at his worst he sometimes exerts too much on each track, whether through his intense rhyming or over-produced beats. On this project, some of the tracks are absolute bangers: "Remember Your Path," "Counter-attack," and "The IV" make you nod your head in agreement with lyrics and beats; great tracks. Yet some of the production is quite odd and doesn't fit neatly into a nice project: "Mental Guards" and "Get It Right" are just bad and quirky for a hip-hop project, absolutely annoying. To wrap this up, Braille is a talented, good rapper who I feel is "feeling out" his style to see where he fits best as a rapper. The IV is just a bridgehead leading to better paths ahead. Do I recommend this album? Yes.
