Still The best Jazzmasters CD
As a fan of most of Paul Hardcastle's work, this remains my favorite by far. It makes for a great driving or chilling out CD, one of those that puts you instantly in a good mood. It is one of my top three most played CD/iTunes selections. I never tire of listening to it though I do feel like it's almost two CDs in one, with the vocal tracks on one side and the instrumentals on the other. But it works and there is a balance to it that makes it endlessly enjoyable. If you like the Jazzmasters or Hardcastle, this is a must have!
The Jazzmasters 2
This is a clear case where the follow-up album exceeds the expectations created by the first. JM-2 is a masterpiece, ground-breaking in every sense of the word. The hypnotic "Walkin to Freedom" may be the best track on the album, but there are no "bad" tracks anywhere to be found here. Excellent, and well worth listening to over and over again.
Best Jazzmaster CD
I would also have to agree with the previous review that this is the best Jazzmasters to date. I have all of the Jazzmasters and Paul Hardcastles Cd's and this is still the greatest. I enjoy every song, my favorites though are Wonderland and Just Can't Understand.
