Amy Holland—Welcome Back!

I bought the first (and only?) Amy Holland album. I have wondered about her over the years. I knew every word to every song on that album. As I recall it was a little obscure, but SO good. I live in Nashville and knew she married Michael McDonald, who also lives in the area, but could never find her old music on iTunes. I am purchasing her new album but would LOVE to get my hands on first album tracks. I hope she is healthy and happy. She is so talented and I love music that takes me back! -- Kristin

I was working at the Maui airport and actually ran into Amy and her family coming in for a coporate gig for Michael. I struck up a conversation and asked her about her health and she said she was totally healed. I gave her and her sister-in-law Maureen, some water and Amy gave me this new CD without the cover art. I told her she had to sign it, cause I couldn't have a blank CD. We had a great conversation, while Michael was going to get the car and in addition, Maureen gave me Michael's latest. I love this new album by Amy and in addition to being one of the kindess and sweetest ladies I have ever met, I love this CD. It's perfection in musicianship and her voice is one of the warmest and most beautiful I have ever heard. This CD is my new favorite.

The Journey to Miracle River

Simply put: Serene and beautiful.
