UNBELIEVABLE.
The anticipation for this album has been off the charts down here in Memphis, TN. And after listening, I can honestly say that all expectations were greatly exceeded. I couldn't be more proud of the team and staff for all the hard work. The songs are fantastic, my personal favorite happens to be "This Cause." Incredible lyrics mixed with unique sound gives the entire CD flavor and a freshness that is often absent in most church worship albums today. I look forward to the full CD's release in the near future!
WHOA!
Was not expecting this! As far as I know, this is Life Church's very first album. And, even being the first album, it is incredible! I heard about the CD through some mutual friends and thought I'd support their first work, but boy was I surprised at the quality!! Worth every penny of its low price. I recommend to anyone that loves Jesus, diversity, and heart-felt worship. This isn't your typical Tomlin/Hillsong/Generic album, this is fresh, new, and something that I really hope this church builds on. Keep me in the loop about a full CD release, I'm now a new, but HUGE, fan!
What an incredible CD!
I'm admittedly biased, after all I've been a part of the Life Church for nearly nine years now. But even so, I'm an audiophile, and I love this EP! Very solid production, professionally mastered by Euphonics, it's simply a treat to listen to. The CD captures not only the heart of the Church, but also some of the multicultural essence that the Life Church so excellently embodies. From the British Rock feel of "On My Side" and the edgier "Stand Firm" to the epic anthem of "This Cause," this EP is as diverse as God's people. In other words, there's something for everyone.
