Poetry in Rhythm
The quality of instrumentation in Blue Scholar's brass-heavy horn and flute beats gives every song their distinctive mark, while the lyrics have are poetically vivid and politically emotional, without being drowned in resentment. Basically, this is a hip hop group that everyone will enjoy, but intellectuals will relish.
One of the best, if not the best, hip hop group to comeout of seattle ever
The Blue Scholars demonstrate a rare talent to convey an interesting message and to do it with sic rhymes and poetic language. Not to mention the flaverfull oldschool beats by Sabzi.

this cd is amazing, but im not writng the review about the cd im writing about the scholars themselves. just good stuff, not rapping but sex, money and drugs but actually rapping about issues and other good stuff. an the day bayani comes out im getting it
