The Middle East Side
I love this album! The band has a very unique sound with its use of Beat Box and Hurdy Gurdy being applied to standard Middle Eastern songs, as well as some of their own original compositions. The band has a decidedly urban tribal sound. Very danceable and good to use in classes. "Brooklyn Baladi" is a favorite!

Really great, especally Brooklyn Baladi. I love the fusion of the Hurdy Gurdy into the mix, It preserves the unique middle eastern feel while adding a slightly new twist.
A Wild Tribal Jam
I purchased this album & updated my pod just before going to the laundrymat. I turned to Recently Added & clicked play. Needless to say I was thrilled by its musical genius. It had a air of the ancient mixed with the modern. I surrendered to power of the drum and my body swayed & shimmied all through my folding! I was transported to a wild ancient Tribal jam lit by a blazing fire. Boys, I love your musical interpretations. I hope this will be the first of many. I was deliciously delighted.
