After a year since the release of El Da Sensei's acclaimed 'Global Takeover 2: Nu World' LP, the Nu Jeru legend has returned with an extended play follow-up appropriately titled, 'The Nu World Remix EP', which is now available! This project contains five remixes to three of the tracks featured on GT2. The project boasts guests features from Sean Price, Bekay, Nutso, Soul Khan, Rah Digga and Tame One, marking the first time that El has reunited with his Artifact counterpart for a retail release in over a decade. Producers tapped for this release include The Returners, Cimer Amor, Dukes Go Up, !llmind & M-Phazes.

El Da Sensei stepped onto the hip-hop scene as one half of the Newark, NJ, duo, the Artifacts. The Artifacts first rose to fame with the hit "Wrong Side of the Tracks." After El Da Sensei and his partner Tame-One sent a rough demo to Bobbito the Barber at WKCR in New York, the group was signed to Big Beat/Atlantic Records.
