Powerful, Moving and True
As a daughter of a deployed soldier, this song is very moving. I cried hard when I first heard this and still get teary-eyed when I hear it. It really demonstrates the emotions I felt and how my father explained the deployment. Very moving, definantly struck home.
WOW! Amazing song from two very talented young ladies!!
I have listened to this song a dozen times or more and still get teary-eyed at the raw emotion and truth in it. These sisters wrote & sing this song about a girl's perspective on her dad deploying with the military. It is very realistic, honest, and so beautifully written, and their voices are pure magic. Don't miss the video, either. AMAZING!!
