FANTASTIC!!!
GREAT SONG! Kate is a talented artist with a great voice! After listening to several artists in the dance genre I decided to search for more on I-Tunes. When I discovered Kate, I didn't expect much. I expected some generic cheesy songs but what I found was some phenominal music. "The Promise You Made" is one of many great songs. If you haven't already, listen to her albums "Stronger" and "Alive"!!! Hopefully Kate's moderate success in Europe will enter the US soon. She should do a fourth album!!!
Catchy tune!
"The Promise You Made" is one of the better songs from Kate's second album "Stronger". Her voice sound great, the melody and the beat are excellent as well! The great thing about this EP is that it features both English and French versions of this song. It's interesting to hear this song in both languages. In my opinion, Kate sounds a bit more natural when she is singing in French. In her third album "Alive" she has four songs that she does in both French and English! "The Promise You Made" is a great example of her work. Kate has a lot of talent and I hope she does a fourth album!
GREAT SONG!!!
I love it!! Kate has a phenominal voice. This song bears a slight resemblance to Celine Dion's recent work yet it remains unique. Her sound is very catchy and energetic while at the same time it is smooth and mellow. I'm thankful that I discovered Kate because she has had very little exposure in the US. Her moderate success in Europe could spread if her albums were promoted in North America. Though this is a great song it is clearly not Kate's best work. Check out her third album "Alive"! AWESOME! I hope she does a fourth album someday!!!
