Off To A Good Start
Considering this is Republic Tigers' first iTunes release, there's not much it can be compared to. HOWEVER, it can be identified as something quite good. The vocals resemble that of the Moody Blues, only modernized and improved upon. Their overall sound is very upbeat and almost floating, depending on how you feel when you listen. Personally, my favorite is Buildings and Mountains. It resembles the sound of the Beatles' Octopus's Garden, but not quite, and that artistic difference says a lot. Would I recommend them? Sure. And if this EP is a precursor to their later works, I think we can expect a lot of good from them in the future.
