this is a perfect taste of zox (on the acoustic side). and props to zox for putting out an ep with the huge success of the wait. the rest begins in classic zox style with an instrumental intro, good enough. Then we have the three staggered acoustics: better if it's worse, she's a vampire, and mind. finding vampire and mind on this album was a sure relief and joy for many zox fans who always want a digital copy of the band's live stuff. with she's a vampire we hear spencer on the acoustic guitar (a rareity) and the song has a simple, true story. where is my mind (pixie's cover) is glorious for it's new take on an originally great song. and better if it's worse acoustic is just the treat we all need with dan highlighted on bass and eli's voice sounding clear. losing streak is another solid song, it's ep worthy. and then out of nowhere come last train home and save you, the gold. last train home has heartfelt, beautiful lyrics and spencer being amazing on violin throughout the song (especially in the chorus). and last but not least save you. this is the real old zox coming at you. face melting guitar beginnings followed by violin backup, deep lyrics, spectacular vocals, and all around glory. the rest is essential for any zox fan
