Album Review
Bryan White doesn't shake things up on his third album, The Right Place, but he doesn't need to. He found his perfect formula on Between Now and Forever; now, he's simply seeing where it takes him. White has a nice, easygoing style that may only be marginally country by hardcore standards, but it's undeniably fine country-pop. Like many modern country records, The Right Place comes up a little short, clocking in with only ten songs, too many of which are filler, but the very best moments, like "Love Is the Right Place" and "Leave My Heart Out of This," are quite good indeed.

Trip Down Memory Lane
My best friend and I used to hang out and listen to Bryan White and sing our hearts out. When we couldn't get together we would call each other and sing all of his songs on the phone. Bryan has a great style and even though it was 10+ years ago, I am remembering and rediscovering his talent. It is a shame that he faded away.
