VSW Does It Again
Okay, so this isn't the emo-punk rock-jock kid's favorite album. But I think most people missed the 'Rock 'n' Roll' part. I did. Great classic rock stuff. Stairway to Heaven is immaculate, All You Need Is Love - okay, how can you not like that? This is great - AC/DC, Aerosmith, U2, The Rolling Stones, KISS, Guns N' Roses, Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, John Mayer...their best stuff - on a wedding album? They also have great covers of Fleetwood Mac and Van Morrison. I strongly recommend Landslide, and my personal favorite was Wild Horses, which translates nicely to violins. Good album, great single songs to buy...five stars.
Great music for wedding!
I have been searching for modern music to play at my wedding. This fits perfectly. All songs that we can recognize, but nice for my grandparents to be able to enjoy. I don't intend to have a DJ or dancing, so this is wonderful to play during our luncheon! I need to find more artists/albums like this!
The Best
Man O Man! The VSQ is sooooo amazing on soooooo many levels. You look through each album and see again and again brilliant representations of other huge songs. They at least equal the original song if not surpass it. I especially like the VSQ because I play the violin and am told day after day how it doesn't fit into the popular scheme of the world. Well here is physical evidence that strings are great!
