Album Review
The Samples' self-titled debut was a bit polished compared to their later efforts, but the roots of their rootsy, laidback, eclectic style are apparent throughout the album.

A True Band of Musicians
The Samples is a classic band. Their sound transcends time. If you ever get a chance see them live you won't be disappointed. I have met the band. They are down-to-earth and just love to write and sing songs. They are true musicians who love what they do. I highly recommend their music.
Classic Album....end of story
The Samples are a classic Colorado band with chill songs that are simply unforgettable. This is a must have for any collection. Ocean of War, Feel Us Shaking and Birth of Words are three songs that no matter how many times you listen to them, you will always listen to it again and enjoy. Too bad the band is not what it once was. Oh well, the music lives on.
