Technology is ruining this artist
Bob desperately needs to fall out of his habit of using digital auto tuners to pitch correct the vocals. The tinny robotic sound might have worked on modulate (sort of) but this cut should have been left unprocessed. Its still listenable and the tune is still Sugary enough to keep my ear. The live cut just proves that he DOESNT NEED the vocal processing crutch. Just say "no" Bob!
The B-side...
...is actually a live recording of "If I Can't Change Your Mind" from the Circle of Friends DVD.
i like '..Silence'.. but
there was no need for a new version of Bob's Sugar-era classic on the b-side... the original was perfect, and the acoustic version was sublime.
