the true meaning of 'sophistimication'
Erudite, debonaire, and officially fancy, but never pretentious or contentious--or, almost never--Charlie Watkins is the funniest person to call themselves an 'esquire' since Sir Reginald Weineur, III. And that's not even a real person.
Buy and give a listen. Watkins is a future star of comedy.
Quirky and awesome
This is way more than just a comedy album - it's an adventure into the weirdly amazing brain of the Esquire. Some comics just do stand-up, Chuck has added songs and sounds to make you feel like you're engrossed in a much larger experience. This made me pee my pants which is a good thing in this case so yes, I recommend it highly!
One Creative Comic
Just listened to this twice in a row, and I still want more! Chuck Watkins is a really creative joke writer and he writes some really catchy, hilarious songs. A perfect purchase for people that like offbeat humor in the vein of Steve Martin, Demetri Martin, and Paul F Tompkins.
