Open your eyes people, The Herd ROCK!!
I would say that The Herd is the Australian Sweatshop Union, so fluid, original beats and so many instruments in the band, how could you go wrong with these guys. Buy this album, it is highly recommended. So if you come accross this and have to make that decision, buy it.
The Sun Never Sets
This album came out in 2005 and now, in 2008 Im only the 3rd person to review it. Everybody needs to hear some of The Herd sometime because they are amazing... Five stars all the way.

i'm a member fo the us air force and i'm always lookin for new music. one of my friends in the australian AF told me about these guys and i have to ssay that they are the sh!t. i previewed 4 of thier song and had to scoop the whole album.
