Art not Music
I rarely purchase music, but after hearing Fiore perform live I decided to check this album out expecting something special and that is exactly what I found. His voice is captivating and a relief from the noise that is often passed off as music to the unknowing masses. If only artist like Fiore were recieving the praise they deserved. Thanks for the album Mike and I hope you keep writing.
Can't stop listening
Bought this album about 3 weeks ago and I can't stop listening to it. It's infectous yet innovative and I love the lead singers voice. I really like "Natalie's Numbers" with it's down home feel and great melody. This album is a must have!
just saw Faces on Film perform last night
When Fiore started to play that opening riff on the WInners Daughter, I was instantly touched and he had my total attention. I remember when I first saw Interpol (performing only songs from turn on the bright lights) play with the Stills in a tiny venue in Salt Lake 6 years ago and I knew that I had to enjoy that moment because I would never have that privilege again because the bands were going to get very popular and start playing larger venues. I had that same feeling last night. Well done gents, keep it up
