Another Great Karen Elson Song!!!
Both of these songs really are great, but the second, Season of the Witch really blows me away!!! The album was fantastic and so is this single!!!This is a must have for all indie rokkers!!! Love it!!!
Half Great Single...
So I bought The Truth Is In the Dirt a while ago when her latest album came out. I loved that one! However, I think that Karen Elson may have overstepped her boundaries by trying to remake one of Donovan's greatest songs, Season of the Witch. There is something extraordinary and unique about Donovan's original version that just isn't captured well in Karen's recording, so if you've never heard that song before, you should definitely consider buying Donovan's version first. With that said, I must also praise Karen for her works and for her taste in music outside of her own creations! She's a very wonderful and talented artist! :)
