This collection from electric bass player/former NBA All-Star Wayman Tisdale illuminates the talented jazz musician's early years with MoJazz/Motown. The 11 cuts, which include "Power Forward," "Circumstance," "Early Morning Drive," and "In the Zone," are textbook examples of quality contemporary/smooth/fusion jazz.

by EsqjTo paraphase, Mr. Tisdale displayed talent with an instrument after his sports career. I can't say that I honestly like every song (like all of my other "Best of" albums and "Watch Me Play Again" is a very nice follow-up), but this album is must-have for smooth jazz fans.
