The film is dope. The music takes you back to the days you sat down in your room and actually read the cd booklet while you bobbed your head to the back beat of the songs. Thank you for bringing the best days of hip-hop back to life.
The Dopeness is The Wackness
Once you see the flick you will get the above title. It's been awhile since both a film and its soundtrack were equally as strong, but such is the case with THE WACKNESS. Every song will take a 90s kid back to the simpler days (As the main character states, "I got mad love for you, shorty. I wanna like listen to Boyz II Men when I'm with you"). The perfect album to bump for the long hot summer, especially if you're on the "right" coast of things. For full effect play with a beer or joint in hand.
