This is such a cool CD. That's the only way to describe it. Not a lot of those out there.
Great Album!
I've been a fan of Coles Whalen for about 5 years now. She's absolutely amazing! My favorite song is Butterflies. The first time I ever heard Romeo and Juliet was when I heard her play it. I have since heard other versions, but none compare to hers! But this album, you won't regret it!

Before she was a singer/songwriter, Coles Whalen fronted a band in Los Angeles for two and a half years prior to going solo. She released an EP of solo work, purchased a truck and a camper, and began playing venues and selling her EP throughout the western United States. After selling over 2,000 copies of her work, Whalen decided that it was time to record new material. The result was her first album, Gee Baby, which was released in 2005.
