Great tracks. Puts me in a chill mood.
It'll grow on you
Don't let the somewhat low production values fool you, this is a fully realized album with songs that will reveal themselves if you give them a chance. A unique place of sexual exploration and gender transfusion is explored here within a dance framework that creates a kind of genre of its own. The end result is the feeling of a solitary artist expressing himself in a world that is both oppressive and liberating at the same time. A sense of personal alienation combined with the desire to connect with others. In other words, it's great.

Pictureplane is the moniker of Travis Egedy, an electro producer from Denver associated with the Lovepump United label. Born in 1985, he originally hails from Santa Fe, NM. He made his full-length debut in 2007 with the self-released album Turquoise Trail. He subsequently hooked up with the New York-based Lovepump United label and released the album Dark Rift (2009).
