Simply put... breathtaking.
I used to love the original version of this song, but the new version is even better. This band is something different, you can’t quite put your finger on it, but all you know is that you just can’t stop listening. The lead singer’s voice is something that cannot be described. It’s like heaven to your ears. It practically lures you in. There’s SO much emotion behind it. The lyrics are amazing… they literally warm your heart, and when he sings them you feel each and every emotion behind it. It is genius and amazing, almost too good to be true. Go somewhere quite, or lie down, and turn on this song... and just listen. The things it makes you feel is remarkable. It soothes your soul. It'll give you chills and make you smile and maybe even cry. Every time you listen to it, you'll realize something else, and feel a different emotion. For 99 cents, it’s a steal. It’s totally worth it, and while you’re at it just download pretty much all there other songs because they are ALL unbelievably good. Yes I said ALL. Promise you won’t regret it, and it’ll be worth every penny. And if you ever get the opportunity to hear them live, you will be blown away. It’s a completely unexplainable experience. These guys aren't just going to be big... there going to be legends, just wait and see.

A little over a year ago, I got a friend request on Myspace from a band called Making April. Being of the curious sort, I decided to check out their page. The first song that played was the original version of "These Are The Nights". I was utterly floored by it. Never before in my life had I heard such passionate music! I added them immediatly and I haven't looked back. I have been following the remake of my favorite song with much furvor over the past couple of months, and I must say that this version not only stands up to the original but also improves on a classic. The vocals are as clean and powerful as ever, and every part of the song falls nicely into place. Am I biased? Yes, I'm extremly biased. And for a good reason. These guys are great artists, and I expect great things out of them in the future. Do yourself a favor and pick up both this song and their original EP. You will not regret it.
