Great grind comp from Relapse!
If you like grind get this one! The only bands I knew of before picking this up were Brutal Truth and Insect Warfare (both excellent bands) but the whole thing is good. Especially enjoy Man Will Destroy Himself and Agents of Satan. Fast and brutal, with plenty of variety-- 14 bands here. Plus, Relapse is the best metal label around and they deserve support!!

if grind is your thing, buy this album. TFD, Chainsaw To The Face and Insect Warfare all bring different elements of the grind/powerviolence scene to this comp. worth it's weight in gold.
