A great CD for Christmas!
This Christmas EP by Kutless is simply amazing. The three songs they covered: O Holy Night, Mary Did You Know, It Came Upon a Midnight Clear and Breath of Heaven are done beautifuly. The "Kutless original" songs of This Is Christmas and Beautiful are also amazing.
Jon Micah's vocals are as crisp as ever and the supporting vocals that Nick and James have given are superb. Jeff's drums and Dave's bass, along with Nick and James' guitars, top off the songs with great instrumentation.
This EP shows the heart of Kutless, that they strive to make music that centers around Christ. I know of other Christian bands who have come out with a Christmas EP/CD and they have some non-Christian Christmas music included.
If you're looking for Christmas music that you can listen to that glorifies God, look no further. Truly, this is a great EP for Christmas.
Awesome
It's always awesome when a great band updates music for the next generation. That is exactly what Kutless does, and does it perfectly I might add!!!
I hope more is to come. Christmas music is some of the best worship music you can get your hands on and this album will not dissappoint!!!!
An Awesome EP
So excited that Kutless has finally released an EP of Christmas songs. Covers are simply amazing. Jon Micah can sing anything without ruining the original. Adds a little flair with the rock sound, I love it! Defiinitely a must have.
