Hmmmm....Is this original recording?
I am an audiophile and I can tell the subtle differences between two supposedly similar songs. Some of the songs here just don't sound right. Take "Take my Breath Away" and "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us" as examples. I wonder if this is a cover compilation, otherwise, due credits should be given to the original singers and owners of copyrights. Anyway, the cd has a great selection of songs.
Not the 'hit' versions
These are not the versions of the songs that originally charted. Nazareth's 'Love hurts' for example is a live recording ... and not a very good one at that. If you remember the originals, all the songs on the album will sound a little off, a little flat. This is a really disappointing collection, I feel it was a complete waste of money ... I've already deleted most of these songs from my hard drive.

make no mistake many of these songs are nothing short of spectacular.
