Great band.
I've had this album for quite a while now, and the one thing I can tell you is to ignore rotarytuner's "review." I am a DIE-HARD Karnivool fan, and Dead Letter Circus - while sharing some of the same traits as Karnivool as well as many other bands - is their own entity. I do agree that more people need to support the great music coming out of Australia right now. As to this album, it's fantastic. Amazing vocal range, powerful riffs and heavy melodies, and very dramatic themes. HIGHLY recommended if you're a fan of Tool, Karnivool, 10 Years, or just a fan of good, moving music.
Sumerian Records does it again!
This band is absolutely incredible. Imagine Tool meets Karnivool meets Deftones meets A Perfect Circle!! Just saw them play a show w/ Animals as Leaders and Evan Brewer. Straight up phenomenal band. Music needs more bands like DLC!!! Buy this album now, every song rocks!!!
