Consistently Amazing
As a music fan, I occasionally find a group that amazes me with their musicianship or blows me away with the power of their song writing or moves me emotionally with the feelings they express in their music as they play. Ray Alder and the other members of Redemption are one of those really rare groups that do all three for me with everything they do. With this 5th album they have done it again with 11 amazing original songs and 6 bonus covers of songs they enjoy by some artists you may not have expected with their own interpretation. Awesome job guys, can't wait for album number 6.
Redemption - Creative, Imaginative, The Real Deal!
I got hooked on Redemption early on. I'm a huge Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Queensryche fan. But I have to say, I can't think of any recent album release in years that I have anticipated as much as this one. Their previous album amazed me. It something similar, but at the same time, something totally new. I only wish more people knew about Redemption as they are missing out on something special.
Wow, who are these guys?
This album is awesome. I can't believe that they are so good and I've never heard them. I also love the Tori Amos cover. "Precious things" is one great song. Also the UFO cover is wicked but the gold here is the original stuff. It's really great music by a very talented bunch of musicians. Get this is you love music period.
