An amazing first release!
Seeing them evolve throughout the years in different bands, this cd surely shows that each of the guys has found their sound and created an amazing freshman release. This new sound is reminiscent of some of the staples of rock but fresh and new. At first listen you find it's full of catchy hooks and saucy melodies and as you dig deeper and listen a few more times, you find layers of amazing musical talent and tasty nuggets of audio joy! An absolute requirement for your iPod collection! If you have the opportunity to catch them live don't hesitate.
Prince meets Styx meets Queen meets Jameriquoi meets the greatest band in LA!!!
I LOVE THIS BAND! Their lead singer Justin is incredibly talented and can actually SING! Unlike a lot of today's front men he actually has the chops, the looks, and the style to restore rock back to its former days when musicians possessed incredible talent as well as showmanship. Jevin the drummer plays from the heart and is as solid as they come while playing with a driving energy that rocks the band. Brett the lead guitarist is an incredibly gifted musician who can riff, solo and basically make his guitar soar. And last but not least "afro Joe" provides the essential bass patterns and big hair to put this band in the 'funk' family where it belongs. He's an amazing musician and also with Brett provides incredible harmonies to Justin's lead vocals. Yes, these guys can actually sing as well. Please download their album and check them out as they play in the LA area quite a bit. Seriously, they are one of the greatest bands in LA if not the country! These guys rock!!!
Great new band!
Get on the bandwagon now. Amazing that this band remains unsigned. Hint of Queen, hint of police, but completely original. Very Refreshing in this world of boring music. They're great live too! I can't say enough about this band.
