Work of Perfection
This is a band who blends beautiful music and melodies with easy vocals...A serious work of music genius from a band who maybe was a little ahead of its time. What a shame they broke up...It still doesnt mean we cant enjoy the awesome sounds of an awesome band. Anybody who got the chance to see this band live when they did was very lucky, as they are (were) a great live band as well as in the studio.
Pure Genius
This is one of those bands where they truely have their own distinct sound. In my library of about 6000 songs, the 13 that make up Thixotropic are in the top 40, with some making the top ten. 5 stars hands down, and Daisy Cutter is a killer album as well. Hella great band...will be missed!
Best Jam Band Around
This was one of the best reggie/jam bands ever. These guys knew how to make a song, from the inter changing guitar solos, to just straight up jammin. It's a shame these guys broke up, but i'll still be listening to their music years from now, it never gets old. Evan Bliss' feel good lyrics and the upbeat drums and guitar are just amazing. Im so happy they've realesed this album, it was the start of their career and possibly the best album they made.
