Great new sound....
I am always looking for new bands that have a synth/electronic/industrial sound with good vocals. one of the thing i hate about straight forward industrial bands is that alot of the vocals are male and monotone. dont get me wrong, my fav vocalists are male! anyhow, i love this sound with the male and female vocals together. itunes' previews of each track gave me no indication as to vocals....all of them were just the music, but i liked it so much i bought it. i was pleasantly surprised. fav songs are: DERRICK IS A STRANGE MACHINE, CRY HAVOC, ANGORA OVERDRIVE, ETERNITY AT AN END.
Perfect and Superb!
I first heard Ashbury Heights on Dark Horizons and The Ungodly Hour. The few songs I heard were enough to make me buy this CD. The vocals are superb! WHAT A DUO!!!! Can't wait to see what this band will bring to us in the future. A must have to add to ANY collection, no matter what genre you like, either electronic, rock, or industrial, you will love this CD.
