It will touch your life...
I was first introduced to Dave Barnes through my brother. Ever since then I have not lisened to any other music. Listening to this has made a musical photo album in my mind. While on a trip to Washington D.C. I loved his "Chasing Mississippi" album, when ever I listen to it, my mind automaticaly starts thinking of the trip. This man has nothing but pure, raw, unbelievable tallent. If any of the band members or Dave Barns are reading this, If you remember one thing only one thing from your whole life then remember that you have touched one girl's life in a very personal way and you have turned it around. I litteraly owe my life to ya'll. Please continue to live your dreams. P.S. to any one who hasn't already checked out "Chasing Mississippi" I strongly recomend the song "I Have and I Always Will"
Still amazed
Sometimes the EP's on iTunes are pretty much worthless except for maybe one song. This, however, is quite possibly the greatest music that has ever graced my ears. Every single song on this album is worth buying and I guarantee you will be listening to it over and over. Quite possibly the best accoustic music I've ever heard. Dave Barnes, you are my hero!
Unbelievable
I found this CD in my car after an extremely rough time in my life. I have received it for free in the mail from grassroots and popped it in. I can no explain how heartfelt these songs are. I found myself crying in my car after listening to these songs. My husband and I danced to Nothing Fancy at our wedding. This version is much better than the other version on his other CD. Awesome.
