Refreshing...
Sometimes I wonder why all music on the radio really sounds the same. I've lost count of how many bands I've mistaken for each other on a drive across town.
How refreshing it is to hear a well produced, thoughtful set of songs that remind you of great artists past without borrowing heavily from them. This music will find its way into Indie movies, and I hope catch the ear of more experienced listeners. There is a lot to take in here, as a U2 album grows on you as you peel the layers.
This music starts pure, simple, and opens the more you listen. I hope you will. Let's support the artists who deserve our ears.

Brave to cover this tune...
...some songs are untouchable, and well I thought this was one of them. But Hopkinson hits a home run after versions before him from Hunters & Collectors, Crowded House, & Pearl Jam - this is a scintillating rendition. He has completely modernised it.
