These guys...
are going to be huge...saw them on the friends list of Rose Funeral...These guys are what i wanted the black dahlia murder to be....Get a full length album soon guys...
maybe it's just me!!
i personally think this is the worst album i've bought on itunes!! i listened to every song 3x, and was so bored i couldn't stand it!! maybe it's just me, but i thought everything sounded so thrown together!! they sound talented, but need to throw in some groove parts! or something that can make the listener go, "holy crap, i didn't see that coming!" talented band, but the music grows stale after 2 songs!
Not even close to The Black Dahlia
I find it funny the bands that alot of people compare other bands to. Like this instance here. This band doesn't even come close to sounding even nearly a planck length of a bit of sounding like the black dahlia. What the hell goes on in your heads when comparing the two?? How famous a band is in my opinion doesn't even have anything to do with it. A band can be more famous than another band and not be as good or maybethe other band just hasn't been around as long. Anyways I agree that there was nothing special at all about this band. The black dahlia is not only heavy but they also have very catchy riffs and trevor doesn't just scream. His voice goes with the music. He knows how to flow very well between his highs and lows. I am always on the look out for a new band and sadly this will not be one. One other thing Ive noticed about alot of these bands is that there isn't anything catchy in the ryhthm's of the songs. I mean there is more to playing heavy than just being fast and screaming but it seems thats where most bands take it. Thats why its so hard for me to find new bands. If you guys wanna hear some awesome metal check out bands like... Thy Art Is Murder, DevilDriver, Misery Signals, Lamb of God, Whitechapel, and meshuggah among many others.
