Just a Small Taste
Porcupine Tree edits this song from their forthcoming 55-minute epic "The Incident". While expecting to build on the darker, heavier sound that built Fear of Blank Planet, Porcupine Tree displays their well-publicized ability to combine many influences and genres into a coherent whole. This single adds an acoustic sound similar to Trains to a Pink Floyd-esque scope and a sound that can only be characterized as Steven Wilson's magical touch. I cannot wait to see how this part fits into the full song.
