Album Review

Although it contained the super "Lady Soul," this was still far from a good Temptations album. It had uneven material, some poorly produced uptempo tunes, and some of the least distinguished harmonies and leads ever heard on a Temptations LP. Fortunately, it also had the title track and "Someone," decent enough songs to keep it from being a complete flop.

To Be Continued...

This release from the Temptations, while not a complete stellar collection of songs did contain, "Lady Soul" the final song in a trilogy of hits in the mid 80's that began with "Treat Her Like A Lady". The album also contains the "turntable hit" "A Fine Mess" from the Ted Danson movie of the same name. The song played over the end credits. Ollie Woodson's vocals and the smooth orchestration made this a favorite to radio listeners, especially, in certain regions. My listeners often requested it.

Temptations 4ever!!!

I love every song on this album and i am a big Temptation fan. This album is in my top 5 of Temp albums.
