Excellent music, certainly worth a purchase!
A friend introduced me to the band and their music a while back, and I can't say enough good things about both. The group really creates a solid groove for their upbeat tracks, and their harmonies are really excellent. You can also color me impressed with their general musical talent - every member can play at least two different instruments (as evidenced by a nice onstage switch-up during a live performance). If I were to recommend only one song, it would have to be "Full of Love". The opening guitar notes really set the stage for an excellent track, and as the drums work their way in, you know that's exactly what it is going to be. Additionally, "Help Me Let Me Let Myself Be Loved" has a wonderful beat that you can't help but get into. This album is pure quality, and I would heartily recommend it to anyone.
To Those Who Cry
I've seen this group perform twice now at my college. They get better each time I hear them. So, if you buy this CD, you will not be disappointed.
AMAZING
1000 Generations is amazing. Their music ROCKS and they are great people to get to know. Go watch their shows when they are on tour. If you catn check out the CD, it is great. My 2 favorite songs are Help Me Let Me Let Myself Be Loved and Prove Us Wrong. I think they are great songs for the soul and the spirit. Steven and Amanda have amazing voices but they are all great. It is a pleasure Lorin, Steven, Amanda, and Alain.
