The tragedy in Haiti is devastating and horrible. Please keep the people of Haiti in your thoughts and do what you can to support them. It is inspiring, though, to see young people who can create such a moving and original song that has connected people around the world. This song sends a collective message of support to Haiti and serves as a call to action for people to donate. From a musical perspective, it's great to hear how the four different styles on the verses come "Together" for a united message and song. It shows that we can combine our unique skills to make something greater than the sum of our parts--an important message for rebuilding Haiti and for many events in our lives. The fact that this song was created in just 24 hours (and just 2 days after the earthquake) makes it even more amazing. The youth will teach us...
